Course Details - All courses will run every Thursday for 5 weeks from the start date and includes instruction, hand out materials including copies of massage routines for you to practice at home, massage oil and refreshments. If you miss a session due to illness or holiday you will normally be offered a catch up session in between planned sessions (subject to availability)
Cost - £50 per mum and baby (inclusive)

Introduction to Baby Massage FREE WORKSHOP
Book to attend this FREE 1 hour workshop during which you can have a drink and a cake, meet other new mums and try out baby massage. I will show you how to safely start massaging your baby for relaaxation, stimulation and development, bonding and to help allieviate the symptoms of colic, constipation, teething and other common ailments. You baby must be at least 8 weeks old on the date of the workshop.

Baby Massage for Colic Workshop - baby massage is proven to assist in reducing the the discomfort of colic in babies. I run 90 minute workshops for parents with babies who suffer with colic which will give you ideas of how and when to massage your baby to relieve the symptoms of colic, ways of settling a baby who is very upset with a bout of colic and an opportunity for you to meet other parents who are in the same situation.
Cost of £20 includes massage oil, demonstration and tuition on how to safetly massage your baby, handouts and refreshments.

Only home groups or private 1-2-1 sessions are currently available for the Canterbury, St Mary's Island and Kings Hill areas. If you wish to book a home group or 1-2-1 please call Michelle on 07917-765551. However, if you do know a venue that would be suitable for Baby Massage Groups and its convenient for you then please let me know and I can organise a group for that location

Learn to massage your baby in the comfort of your own home (or my studio by arrangement). This is a great opportunity for you and your baby to have some one to one time plus it encourages other members of the family to get involved. Private classes run for 3 (or 4) weeks and can begin any time after your baby is 8 weeks.
Cost: £75 per mum and baby or per family (inclusive of instruction, massage oil, handouts, refreshments)
