I am Michelle Southworth (also known as Mummy, Mama, MassageMash, Mash, Mashymoo and Mich) and I am founder and sole owner of Millie & Monty Massage.

The Millie & Monty Story so Far.........

Monty & Millie are my children and the reason for and inspiration behind Millie & Monty Massage. They were the driving force for me setting up my very first massage table and remain at the heart and life force behind the scenes!! It all started with the love of Massage, a new baby, a lack of mummy confidence and a desire to have a better work/life balance & leave the daily grind of a sales job!

Over the years, as my skills and interests have developed, I have specialized in pregnancy, labour, postnatal and baby whilst still running a very successful a holistic massage clinic practicing everything from Swedish Massage to Indian Head Massage and all that falls in between!

I love meeting new clients, talking with and listening to them and assisting them through their journey - whatever that may be.

Diploma in Indian Head Massage - The Guild of Holistic Therapists

Infant and Child Massage Instructor -Certified Instructor and Full Memebership of the Guild of Sensory Development (formerly the Guild of Infant and Child Massage)

Certificate of Massage in Pregnancy and Labour

Mum & Baby Yoga Instructor - Certified Instructor and accredited through the Guild of Sensory Development
